Why You Can Trust us

As a divorce attorney, you’ve worked hard to build a reputation for protecting your clients. Recommending the wrong lender can cost your client time, money, and stress they can’t afford right now. We understand that and we take that trust seriously.

Yves Cham brings over 23 years of experience in mortgage financing,  including access to a network of private lenders in Miami-Dade that most brokers simply don’t have. That network is what allows us to close deals that conventional lenders can’t touch: no credit verification, no income documentation, no appraisal required in certain cases, closing in days when weeks could cost your client the property.

Adream Lending is fully licensed and regulated. Our clients and partners feel the difference from the very first interaction. When you refer a client to Adream, we become an extension of your work,  handling the financing piece so you can focus on the legal one.

An absolute pleasure to work with. Was very patient throughout the process and made sure to keep up updated every step of the way. Getting us a clear to close is another goal we have accomplished and can cross off our list thanks to Yves' help along with his team. Thank you and will make sure to recommend you to our family and friends!

Almost 2 years ago, my husband and I decided to venture into the journey of being homeowners. It was a scary process, not knowing where to begin. I contacted Yves for guidance and to see what our options were. The level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Yves was beyond impressive. Despite the many times I reached out to him with questions, he always exhibited patience and respect, and always made me feel like I was not just one of many customers. He took his time with us and made sure we got the best deal possible. I am pleased to say that in November of 2019, we closed on our home thanks to Yves. If I had to do it again, he is exactly who I would go. Process was FLAWLESS!!!

Purchasing our first home was intimidating, especially since our first attempt several years ago was horrible. This time things were different. Yves was consistent from day one. We were able to close in 30 days and we always had timely responses to each step of the process. In addition to the timeliness, Yves was beyond patient. I was nervous/anxious and he was able to talk to me and ease any concerns. I highly recommend him. He was simply put, amazing.

When a Home Is Part of the Settlement — We Have a Solution

Every divorce is different. Here’s how we handle the real estate scenarios that come with them.

The spouse who wants to keep the home

They need to buy out the other party and refinance into their name only. We structure the financing to make that possible, even with a single income.

The spouse starting over

Needs to purchase a new home after the settlement. We find the right program based on their new financial picture, not their past one.

The self-employed spouse

Income looks complicated on paper. We qualify them using bank statements instead of tax returns — no W-2 required.

The property in foreclosure

The home has equity but the bank isn’t moving fast enough. We step in with private financing to stop the foreclosure and protect the asset before it’s too late.

The high-value property

Home value exceeds conventional limits. Jumbo financing available for complex asset divisions.

The client who needs to access equity

Before or after the settlement, a cash-out refinance or HELOC can provide the liquidity they need to move forward.
